GENERAL
We have arranged a special insurance scheme to cover clients booking with us. This cover is entirely optional, and you are free to take out alternative cover. If you decide not to take out insurance, then you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday if we are unable to re-let.

The following is a summary of the cover (applicable to all members of your party, as notified to us). Full details will be shown on your policy document.

Insurers will reimburse your irrecoverable travel and accommodation charges if you, or a member of your party, are unable to take your holiday as arranged, due to the following (occuring after payment of the premium).

• Death, illness or injury.
• Compulsory quarantine, jury or witness service.
• Redundancy qualifying for payment under the current Act(s).
• Fire, storm, flood, subsidence or malicious damage making your home inhabitable.
• Police requiring your presence following burglary at home or place of business.
• Cancelled leave orders in respect of UK Forces personnel.
• Theft of insured's car within 7 days of the holiday necessitating cancellation of the trip.
• Ferry delays of over 12 hours due to strike, adverse weather etc.
• A motoring accident on the way to your booked destination which necessitates curtailment of the holiday.
• The booked holiday accommodation becomimg uninhabitable or inaccessible as a result of fire, flood, act of terrorism,subsidence or landslip.

POLICY EXCESS In the event of a claim for the loss of the initial deposit, the "party" will be responsible for the first £15.00. Claims for later cancellation or curtailment of the holiday will be subject to a £40.00 excess per "party".
