Association of Sea Training Organisations (ASTO), with a motto of 'Sail to Adventure', provides offshore sailing for young people. The ships are monohull sailing vessels,
of 24 to 120ft in length, and at least half of the crew must be aged 15yrs - 25yrs.
The fleet will assemble in Torquay on Sunday 27th of May 2007. Monday 28th will be filled with crew activities, and crew party.
The race starts off Berry Head on Tuesday 29th May, and the fleet will race across the Bay to off Torquay Harbour, providing an impressive 'Parade of Sail'.
The fleet then set course for the 2007 passage race to St Peter Port on Guernsey.
