The Tall Ships Youth Trust has acquired 4 22 metre (72 feet) ocean-going yachts. Each yacht, which were built in 2000 to compete in
the Round the World Challenge Races, can accommodate up to 18 crew. The fleet will allow the crews to experience the thrill of ocean racing,
gain sailing skills, and make new friendships. The fleet will be racing from Portsmouth to Brixham (24/05/08 - 31/05/08) before racing back to Portsmouth (01/06/08 - 08/06/08). |
